The faculty at JTS consists of several top names in Jewish studies, all extremely dedicated to their field. The college features a 7 to 1 student to faculty ratio, one of the highest in the Mid East area.

JTS also has one of the highest first year retention rates in the country, with about 100%% staying at the school after their freshman year. 74% of students will graduate within four years, 87% within six.
