The Academic Merit Scholarships are hosted by the American Bus Association (ABA). Each year, two awards are given, with the students winning $5,000 each.
The scholarship requires you to be studying in specific hospitality fields, including transportation, tourism, and travel. Your GPA should be 3.4 or higher and all undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply. You don’t have to be an ABA member to apply.

To be eligible for the Helen Brett Scholarship, students should have a 3.0 GPA or higher, be enrolled as a full time student, and complete the application. Your application should include a resume, transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and an essay that talks about your career goals regarding your major.
