1. College Raptor Scholarship
Award Amount: $2,500
Deadline: March 31
College Raptor offers a $2,500 scholarship four times per year to help students navigate their college decisions. Simply register or log in to College Raptor and submit your essay by March 31st for a chance to win this valuable scholarship. No purchase necessary.
2. Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s Scholarship
Award Amount: Up to $5,000
Deadline: March 8
The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) partners with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s to offer need-based scholarships of up to $5,000 to outstanding scholars attending TMCF member schools, including 53 HBCUs, Historically Black Community Colleges (HBCCs), Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs), medical, and law schools. Four deserving scholars will be selected for the 2024-2025 academic year.
To apply for this scholarship, you must also have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate financial need, and hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. Applicants must also submit a video response discussing a past success or failure and the lessons learned from it.
3. Women’s Western Golf Foundation Scholarship
Award Amount: $20,000
Deadline: March 8
As an extension of the Women’s Western Golf Association, the WWGF is dedicated to empowering deserving young women through scholarships. With contributions from golf clubs, WWGA directors, benefactors, and more, the foundation awards up to 20 scholarships annually. These $20,000 grants ($5,000 per year) continue as long as academic and financial requirements are met.
To apply, female high school seniors must actively participate in golf, hold a GPA of 3.5 or higher, demonstrate exceptional character, integrity, and leadership, and require financial aid for a four-year college in the USA. Application materials include a personal essay covering personal background, golf involvement, qualifications for the scholarship, field of study interest, and college preferences, as well as financial documents such as the 1040 form, a statement about family financial situation, and the first page of the FAFSA SAR report with the Student Aid Index (SAI).
4. Be A Coffee Bean Scholarship
Award Amount: $10,000
Deadline: March 29
This scholarship celebrates African American students in Texas who aspire to enact positive change in their communities. If you’re a first-generation high school or undergraduate student with a passion for service, you are eligible to apply. You’ll share your vision for addressing a pressing issue in your community or country, and demonstrate how you embody the spirit of the coffee bean—transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and change.
5. Women in Science Environmental Scholarship
Award Amount: $10,000
Deadline: March 15
Female students pursuing degrees in environmental science or related fields can apply for this scholarship. Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement and a commitment to environmental stewardship. They must also be entering their final year of undergraduate study in fall 2024, pursuing a degree in atmospheric or related sciences, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Age restriction does not apply.
6. Get Educated Online College Scholarship Program
Award Amount: $1,000
Deadline: March 15
Twice annually, the Get Educated online college grant fund awards $1,000 distance learning scholarships to deserving students enrolled in accredited online university degree programs. Awards are based on both merit and financial need.
To apply, download the official application, write a 500-word essay titled “What an Online College Degree Means to Me,” attach a copy of your most recent grade transcript, and include a copy of your most recent FAFSA (or your 1040 tax return). Then, mail all documents to the address provided on the application form.
7. IMEG Engineering Scholarship
Award Amount: Up to $10,000
Deadline: March 15
IMEG offers individual scholarships of up to $10,000 to multiple students nationwide who are pursuing a degree in engineering. These scholarships are specifically tailored for underrepresented students in the 2024-2025 academic year, encompassing sophomores, juniors, and seniors who exhibit great potential and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens and full-time students.
