Preference given to juniors who have completed at least 61 but not more than 89 semester hours. A student’s academic performance will be reviewed, but academic achievement is not the only criterion for consideration. The ideal recipient will also have broad interests as demonstrated by participation in philanthropic acts and leadership roles impacting other individuals within the University, community, or beyond. Award: $12,000.00 Supplemental Questions: 1. Discuss your public service, philanthropic, and leadership endeavors and why you elected to pursue these specifically. 2. Describe what it would mean to you to receive this scholarship. 3. The recipient selected is asked to attend an annual award banquet held locally in February. If selected as the recipient, will you ensure your availability to attend the award banquet Saturday, February 22, 2025?
