Undergraduate students from the following states may apply for this program: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wyoming. This scholarship results in a reduced tuition level, where you pay 150% of WSU's regular resident tuition instead of non-resident tuition. This tuition incentive program represents a savings of $7,300 per year. To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be an incoming freshman from high school or a transfer student with a minimum 2.0 GPA. The priority deadline to apply for the WUE is December 1.
