The Weinig Foundation Scholarship
The Weinig Foundation provides five $5,000 scholarships each year to meritorious junior or senior students matriculated in any one of the College’s programs. To be considered for a scholarship award, students must have a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.3, having demonstrated high levels of competency through their academic work. Students must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents. Preference will be given to citizens born in the U.S. To qualify for the Weinig Foundation Scholarship, interested students must: A. Be enrolled as a full time undergraduate student in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences for the full academic year (BOTH the fall and the spring semesters) B. Be entering junior or senior year with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.3, having demonstrated high levels of competency through their academic work. C. Be matriculated in a major in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences D. Be a United States citizen or permanent resident with preference given to a U.S. born applicant
